Follow these suggestions to help maintain digestive health:

  • Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of non-alcoholic liquids per day.
  • Check with your physician if you should restrict fluid intake.
  • Add fiber to your meals; include fruit, vegetables, and whole grain cereals.
  • Eat fruit rather than drink fruit juice.
