Jewish Home Lifecare CEO, Dr. Audrey Weiner, Installed as LeadingAge Board Chair

 

Audrey S. Weiner, MPH, DSW President and CEO of Jewish Home Lifecare was installed as the 2012-2014 Chair of the Board at LeadingAge. In her new role, she will oversee the organization’s governance, fiduciary responsibilities and development of policies.

 “Audrey Weiner is a transformational leader in our field,” said LeadingAge President and CEO Larry Minnix. “We are honored to have her serve as our chair for the next two years, as our association works to expand the world of possibilities for aging.”

Dr. Weiner’s contributions to aging services has spanned more than 30 years. She is a tireless advocate for the aging service workforce, developing and implementing a range of evidence-based practices within her own organization, the $325 million dollar New York-based Jewish Home Lifecare.

In her new position as LeadingAge Board Chair, Dr. Weiner succeeds Win Marshall, chief financial officer of Christian Church Homes of Northern California.
