Director of Clinical Excellence

Elizabeth (Liz) Weingast who is presently the Associate Director of Nursing at the Sarah Neuman Westchester campus of Jewish Home Lifecare, has been promoted to the position of Director of Clinical Excellence for the entire system.  Liz has worked with Jewish Home Lifecare since 1997, beginning as a Nurse Practitioner on our Manhattan campus.

Prior to joining our system she was a staff nurse at NYU Medical Center, a case manager there as well as, an adjunct instructor.  Liz has her B.S. from the University of Rochester, her MSN (Clinical Specialist in Critical Care) from Columbia University and an advanced practice nursing certificate “In Nursing Care of the Elderly” from NYU.

The creation of this department of clinical excellence is part of a system wide effort to assure that we are progressively seeking the best quality of clinical service and quality of life for those  we serve.
