Jewish Home Lifecare is proud to co-sponsor a free Community Health Forum featuring physicians and other healthcare professionals offering advice on how to make informed healthcare choices.

The forum features Keynote Speaker Jane E. Brody, who has written the Personal Health column of The New York Times for 32 years. Time magazine has hailed her as the “High Priestess of Health.”

The forum is presented by The Health and Wellness Coalition of the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services, as Part of County Executive Andy Spano’s “Be Fit Westchester” campaign.

Continental breakfast will be served.
