Alzheimer’s and Memory Care Day Program

The Adult Day Memory Impaired Programs assess participants for memory impairment. The focus of this program is to match individuals with activities that encourage socialization and promote communication skills.

These activities help those with memory impairment connect with caregivers, family members and provide a sense of purpose every day.
