OUR SERVICES
Jewish Home Lifecare’s Social Day programs in Manhattan and the Bronx provide ample socialization opportunities for elders who are at risk for isolation. A variety of activities are incorporated to stimulate and enhance participation.
The program can also provide respite for caregivers.
