Jewish Home Lifecare recently commissioned a survey of patients after they completed their rehabilitation/subacute care at Jewish Home Lifecare’s Manhattan location. While the length of stay and reason for entry varied, their comments about the care they received were uniformly excellent.
In a recent independent survey, 95 % of the Short Stay Rehabilitation patients in Manhattan reported overall satisfaction with their care as good or excellent. The industry average is 85%.
“Everything was excellent. The physical therapy was the best thing that happened to me since my accident. The concierge service is very good and the staff was great.”

94% of the Short Stay Rehabilitation patients in Manhattan reported good or excellent Quality of Care. At peer facilities, only 86% rank quality of care that high.
