Our Medical Staff and Specialties

Our around-the-clock skilled nursing staff includes registered nurses, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. Everyone on staff receives ongoing training and education throughout their tenure at Jewish Home, to advance their skills and update their clinical knowledge.

  • The Home’s inpatient skilled nursing health services include:
  • 24-hour skilled nursing care in a secure residential setting, medical coverage by on-site and on-call staff physicians and social work staff
  • Special Therapy Centers for residents with more complex clinical needs
  • Therapeutic activity programs, including art, music and exercise
  • On-site pharmacy and radiology services
  • Renowned rehabilitation programs provide individualized physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
  • Specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care programs.
  • Fresh, nutritious food prepared onsite by trained dietitians, according to individuals’ health needs and food preferences.
  • Social workers assigned to each skilled nursing floor, readily available to respond to individual situations. Social service staff maintains ongoing relationships with clients and their families.
