What to Expect During Your Stay

When you arrive, your care needs will be assessed by our interdisciplinary team. Most evaluations are completed within 24 hours.

Medications, treatments and therapy will be ordered and monitored by your Jewish Home Lifecare physician.

Shortly after you are admitted, you will meet with your care team to review your personalized treatment and begin a plan for your discharge.

You will get recommendations for any adaptive and assistive equipment you will need after your discharge.

During your stay, a member of the finance department will meet with you to review your insurance coverage. Discharge is generally scheduled for 11 a.m. Prior to discharge any outstanding balances will need to be paid.
