Your rehabilitation begins as soon as you arrive with a personalized short term stay plan designed by our caring professionals to help you rehabilitate and get back home as quickly as possible.

When you arrive, your care needs will be assessed by our interdisciplinary team. Most evaluations are completed within 24 hours.  Then you will meet with your care team to review your personalized treatment and begin a plan for your discharge. Medications, treatments and therapy will be ordered and monitored by your Jewish Home Lifecare physician.
Your team will recommend any adaptive and assistive equipment you might need when you return home. A member of the finance department will meet with you to review your insurance coverage.
