Community Service Division encompasses a broad spectrum of programs designed to bring the expertise and caring of Jewish Home Lifecare into the community. These programs include Home Care, Day Care, Lifecare Plus, Transportation and NORCs.
Jewish Home Lifecare services over 10,000 patients annually, 60% of whom receive services from the staff in our Community Service Division.
