With the public debate over health care and end of life planning, the 7th Annual Geriatric Palliative Care Conference on November 4th comes at an opportune moment in time.

Geriatric care experts will gather to discuss key issues and multidisciplinary strategies for helping patients with advanced illnesses.

Breakfast and lunch are included, and Continuing Education Credits are available.

Cost for the conference is $50 per person
