Livable Communities: Safety for Seniors Summit Event March 24th

Please join us for the first in a series of Livable Communities: Safety for Seniors Summit, Tuesday, March 24, from 1 to 3 p.m., at Jewish Home Lifecare/Sarah Neuman Center, 845 Palmer Avenue, Mamaroneck.

The Summit, organized by the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department, will discuss: safety and security issues including information on financial fraud and how to avoid becoming a victim; Fire Department and EMS officials on how to create a safe environment for seniors; Consolidated Edison and Verizon on services available to seniors during emergencies; and how seniors can be active participants in assisting their communities in times of needs through the Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT.)
