Jewish Home Lifecare has declared a weather emergency, beginning at 7:00 AM, Monday, January 26, 2015.

The weather emergency status at Jewish Home Lifecare will end at 12 midnight tonight.

Employees who are scheduled to work during these shifts are expected to report to work at their respective site. Arrangements to work at an alternative site must be approved by your supervisor.
All Corporate staff are expected to report to work during the Emergency.Jewish Home Lifecare has declared a weather emergency, beginning at 7:00 AM , Monday, January 26, 2015.

Until that time, weather emergency staffing policies will remain in effect.

Because of continuing issues with transportation in Westchester, Transportation assistance may be available for those having difficulty reaching and returning from work. Call (914) 698-6005 for information

Public transit and roadway status:

Subway and bus service in NYC has been restored starting with a weekend schedule on Tuesday and restoration of full weekday service on Wednesday. Suburban train service has been restored on a limited basis.

Restrictions on NYC roads and other metro area roadways have been lifted.

Note: Jewish Home IT is in the process of switching over to an upgraded email system. At this point some staff have been switched to the new email system and others have not.

Staff who have not yet been switched to the new email system should use the Old Email Web Access link.

Staff who have been switched to the new email system should use one of the New Web Email Access links. The new email system has been segmented by location.

Staff located at the Manhattan Campus, the Westchester Campus, the 29th Street office or any of the CHHA offices, with the exception of Exterior Street, must use the New Web Email Access Manhattan, Westchester, 29th Street and CHHA link.

Staff located at the Bronx Campus or at the Exterior Street office must use the New Web Email Access Bronx and Exterior Street link.

If you attempt to access web email using the incorrect link, an error message will be displayed and you will be unable to access web email. If you experience problems when using the correct link, please contact the Help Desk at ITServiceDesk@jewishhome.org or at ext. 5777.
