Note: Jewish Home IT is in the process of switching over to an upgraded email system. At this point some staff have been switched to the new email system and others have not.
Staff who have not yet been switched to the new email system should use the Old Email Web Access link.
Staff who have been switched to the new email system should use one of the New Web Email Access links. The new email system has been segmented by location.
Staff located at the Manhattan Campus, the Westchester Campus, the 29th Street office or any of the CHHA offices, with the exception of Exterior Street, must use the New Web Email Access Manhattan, Westchester, 29th Street and CHHA link.
Staff located at the Bronx Campus or at the Exterior Street office must use the New Web Email Access Bronx and Exterior Street link.
If you attempt to access web email using the incorrect link, an error message will be displayed and you will be unable to access web email. If you experience problems when using the correct link, please contact the Help Desk at ITServiceDesk@jewishhome.org or at ext. 5777.
